Harbor & Home
★★★★☆ 4.1
Harbor & Home is comfort food. You inherit a sleepy coastal town and slowly rebuild it — docks, market stalls, little houses for new residents who each have small requests and stories. Everything ticks along whether you're playing or not.
The sim systems are light but interlocking enough to stay interesting: fish sold funds construction, new buildings attract residents, residents unlock new goods. There's a satisfying spreadsheet buried under the pastel visuals.
It leans on timers more than I'd like, and late game slows to a crawl. But for a relaxing few minutes before bed, it does exactly what it promises.
