About
PixelDrift started as a group chat where a few friends kept sending each other download links. We got tired of app store descriptions that promised the world and delivered a tutorial and three ads. So we decided to write things down properly.
The idea is simple: someone on the team plays a game long enough to have an opinion, then we sit down and talk about whether it holds up. Puzzle, racing, tactics, cozy sim — genre doesn't matter, only whether it respects your time.
We pick games from a rolling list of things we're curious about, plus reader suggestions. There's no schedule beating us with a stick, so we cover a game when we've genuinely finished forming an opinion, not before.
Everything here reflects what we experienced on our own devices. If a game bored us halfway through, we'll say so, and if something surprised us, we'll happily admit we were wrong.
